Fertitta Interactive has submitted an application to the Nevada Gaming Control Board to be licensed as an operator and service provider of online poker.
Partially owned by Frank and Lorenzo Fertitta - owners of Station Casinos and Ultimate Fighting Championship brand - and former Golden Nugget owners Tim Poster and Tom Breitling, the company has been at the forefront of pursuing regulation for online poker since the company's inception in 2010 and acquired software provider CyberArts in 2011.
