Flutter Entertainment’s FanDuel has acquired B2B igaming software company BeyondPlay as it looks to increase its igaming presence across the US.

BeyondPlay will become part of FanDuel Casino, offering the operator its Jackpot Management System and Multiplayer Software.
FanDuel Casino has grown its market share in the US to 26 per cent in Q4 2023, up five per cent year-on-year, but Flutter is looking to expand its horizons further.
The deal comes days after its main US rival DraftKings announced a US$750m deal to enter the US digital lottery vertical by acquiring Jackpocket.
Karolina Pelc, CEO at BeyondPlay, said it is an “incredibly gratifying experience” to have led the company from “humble beginnings” in 2021 to its acquisition by FanDuel.
“This acquisition validates the hard work and dedication of our team and the vision behind our products,” she added.
“We are excited to join forces with FanDuel Casino to amplify the impact of our technology on a global scale. This milestone marks not just the culmination of our tireless efforts, but the beginning of an exciting new chapter.”
FanDuel Casino’s managing director Asaf Noifeld said: “This acquisition further strengthens FanDuel Casino’s leading customer experience, by adding BeyondPlay’s best-in-class jackpots and multiplayer technology.
“We’re also excited to welcome their experienced team to FanDuel and look forward to working together to continue to grow our rising share of the US iGaming market.”
Since being founded, BeyondPlay has secured investment from industry venture capitalists and entrepreneurs and partnered with various game studios.
The company has also obtained operating licences in territories including the UK, Malta, Ontario and Sweden.
