123gaming Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of social gaming company 123gaming Limited, has been awarded a gaming licence from the state of North Dakota.

The award-winning skill games company has developed an innovative pools betting and games enabling technology that can be integrated with any pools or betting platform in the world.

Robert Earle, CEO of 123gaming, said: “Pools betting is a $10bn-a-year legal business in North America offline and online, and is one of the predominant forms of legal wagering globally and we are immensely pleased to have gained a licence from the North Dakota regulators.”

He added: “Social gaming is booming and with the current restrictions in the US for operators only offering free-to-play, we have applied our social enabling technology to real money horse racing and pool betting, which is legal as the first product in conjunction with our partner, Sportech.

“As further deregulation occurs, we can take advantage of those opportunities as our technology can be applied to any live sports event or gaming product.”
