Tani Hanna of Games World International, based in Dubai, UAE, has opened a new casino in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.
The El Barco Casino opened its doors on June 14 with a party for a specially invited guest list. In a statement, Hanna said: “We will maintain an aggressive approach in being a market leader in revamping the blemished image of the gaming industry across the African continent.”
The new casino has six tables - three roulettes and three card games - and 44 slots and poker machines, using a cashless system supplied by Dutch company REAC and outdoor signs from another Dutch company, Signs4U. The majority of the machines are from Casino Technology and EGT. The location has a bar, restaurant and a tapas bar.
