In this role you are supporting the affiliates, both new ones and current ones on various topics such as onboarding them, replying to queries and questions and administrate affiliate details. You will be working closely with the Operations team to give a world class support and communication.

A flavour of what you'll be doing:

    Onboard new affiliate partners
    Assisting with due diligence procedures in terms of affiliates and marketing partners, including onboarding processes and an assessment of compliance of such third parties in terms of marketing
    Manage and execute compliance tasks
    Manage and resolve affiliate queries related to Compliance and Due Diligence
    Maintenance of the compliance inbox
    Updating and maintaining a detailed database of information relating to affiliate compliance, including verification documentation and external links for monitoring purposes
    Working hand in hand with the AOPS team and assist the affiliate team, with marketing compliance in our regulated markets. This includes, but is not limited to reviewing any adverts, banners, affiliation promotional content, and any other marketing content, including that on partner sites
    Assisting with marketing processes and/or procedures to be implemented to ensure full compliance with local and foreign marketing laws and regulations
    Use internal compliance tool to identify non-compliant affiliates and regularly speak with affiliate managers and affiliates to request changes in ensuring that every effort has been made to stay compliant to the company’s requirements and several regulations
    When affiliate compliance problems arise, to act immediately to rectify such problems and to escalate them where necessary
    Have an open line of communication with the legal and compliance team to ensure that we are always up to date with the latest compliance regulations and marketing standards in accordance with applicable law and regulations

You are good at:

    A minimum of 1 years of iGaming experience
    An analytical mind
    Great communicator
    Methodical, numbers driven and well organised
    Open and responsive problem-solving skills
    Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
    Be proactive and motivate others when necessary
    Fluent in English.
