Pentasia has been selected as the retained and exclusive recruitment partner of Löwen Play Digital GmbH in Germany to undertake the search for the Managing Director of Digital.

Löwen Play is a leading gaming group based in Germany. With over 400 multi-award-winning gaming venues, as well as online gaming offerings and around 2,700 employees, they set trends in the market. For more than 40 years, they have stood for serious competition and reliable business relationships. 

The total annual compensation for this position is flexible to suit the experience & requirements of the preferred candidate.

Candidates must either live in Germany and be able to relocate if necessary to either in or near Greater Frankfurt or Berlin or be prepared to relocate fully if living outside of Germany.

Managing Director (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of the business strategy in various markets and business fields.
Regular evaluation of the strategic orientation and consistent management of the business fields.
Identification of current market trends and continuous improvement of products and services.
Creation of new revenue streams through the further development of digital business models, services and products.
Optimisation of operational procedures as well as internal processes.
Ensuring internal and external corporate communication.

Profile & Experience:

Good market knowledge in the online gaming sector as well as an extensive network.
Creative & entrepreneurial personality who drives innovative ideas, strategies and visions, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A clear view of business processes, very good negotiating skills and decision-making confidence.
Experience in product and project management as well as a solid understanding of customer needs and recommended actions.
Project competence to successfully collaborate with a variety of internal as well as external stakeholders including service providers and authorities.
Proven leadership experience and the ability to successfully work across cultures and locations, promoting cohesion and effectiveness of decentralised teams.
Business fluent in English and German.
