Product Manager - Hybrid role - Malaga based - very competitive salary

Our client was founded in 2017 by a team of payment and security veterans, they designed a platform that links directly into a company’s infrastructure, making the adoption of digital assets simple.

They are looking for an experienced and visionary Product Manager to drive the product vision and strategy for the platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Work closely with stakeholders to define and drive both the short-term & long-term vision and strategy for the crypto product

    Manage the product roadmap, prioritising projects from different sources and ensuring that the product delivery team is working on the right things and producing the right deliverables

    Collaborate with different areas of the organization including development, architecture & product design ensuring the highest quality product for our customers

    Manage the product team, keeping them motivated, aligned, and coordinated towards shared objectives

EXPERIENCE:

    5+ years of product management experience

    2+ years of experience managing a team of product owners

    Ability to make quick decisions under pressure

    Can assimilate new concepts quickly, understand how they map to customer needs and present them in a clear and concise manner

    Comfortable communicating with people from across the business from senior stakeholders to QA engineers

    Data-driven mentality

    Experience working with Blockchain / Cryptocurrencies
