A fast growing iGaming business based in Germany is looking for a talented CRM Manager to lead the retention function.

Your responsibilities:

    Planning, implementation and evaluation of CRM campaigns
    Identification of target groups for CRM activities
    Creation of user journeys and targets
    Improvement and optimization of customer communication through the application of various methods
    Analysis of campaign response rates and ROI
    Creation and revision of plans reregarding Conversion, Reactivation und Retention
    Collaboration with external game producers regarding new campaigns and new games
    Configuration of campaigns in various back offices of game manufacturers
    Development of campaign designs and texts
    Observation, analysis as well as evaluation of market, competition and trend developments in the German online casino market
    Collaborate with online casino manager to gain and deliver actionable insights

Your profile:

    Ideally several years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of CRM campaigns
    iGaming experience.
    English skills advantageous, German language is a must-have
