Operations & Product Manager - Brazil

Location: Tbc, Costa Rica

Our customer is one of the largest gaming operators in Costa Rica and we are looking for someone to lead their new operations and go-to-market product for Brazil.

The role would suit someone highly driven and entrepreneurial who has a good understanding of key areas; operational management & product development into the gaming and sports betting sector.

You will also need to speak fluent Portuguese and English.

Role description;

We are looking for a forward thinking, customer-centric, product and operations expert who is technically knowledgeable, data driven with a strong commercial acumen. You will have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class experiences to customers that raise-the-bar from an innovation, usability, and design perspective.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing continuous operational efficiencies and improvements to ensure a best in class customer experience across all platforms and touchpoints.

You will also serve as a senior member of the product management team and own the strategy, roadmap, positioning, and go to market success for one or more products with internal and external stakeholders.
