CRM Coordinator
Key responsibilities
*Maximise marketing and monetisation opportunities within each product.
*Execute and manage CRM activity on website and application.
*Manage the websites and promotions from UX point of view, making sure all the correct information is showing.
*Managing the uploading and removal of banners and pages.
*Optimise and personalise the real estate available on our websites and different product.
*Test new tools.
* Create new mechanics that will improve promotions and abilities.
*Work with product and development department to improve the company’s products and offerings.
*Create and optimize HTML templates.
* Setting up new promotions.
*Analyse campaign results and provide timely reports to management
Requirements
*Experience with CMS, HTML and JS.
*Must have SQL knowledge.
*Must be fluent both written and spoken in Spanish and English. Both languages is a must.
*Experience with marketing content
* Experience in online gaming - advantage
