Marketing manager – esports

A growing iGaming operator is seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee all marketing operations and be part of an international team.

Responsibilities:

Build, launch, and optimize cross-channel and cross-device campaigns
Coming up and evolving marketing strategies for SEO, digital and social media marketing
Initiate, set up and handle affiliate marketing
Manage campaigns by optimizing bidding and performance
Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish
For all Marketing and Communication initiatives, Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring KPI and other relevant results.
Optimising campaigns to internal ROI metrics
Exploring the latest and best tools to be able to bring traffic and track the performance
Mange the products online brand and raise awareness
Developing each marketing campaign from start to finish.
Supporting sales in lead generating efforts
Coming up with improvement of the usability of the product to increase conversion
Research market trends and competitor data
Manage the marketing budget to make sure it goes to the correct initiatives
Other ad-hoc duties, adapting as it is a start up
Conversion management and retention management

Requirements:

Good understanding and passionate about eSports and betting
Native level English speaker and writer
Basic level understanding of HTML
Experience in SEO, digital and social media marketing
Very good understanding of concepts around online marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
Proven track record in lead generation and customer engagement
Minimum 3 years experience working with online digital marketing

Plus:

Strong in one or more other languages
Strong knowledge and experience in multiple markets
Experience in WordPress
