The Sales Administrator (SA) assists with all sales-related duties including coordinating Sales team activities, providing clerical support, tracking reports, and managing leads. The Sales Administrator reports to the Operations Manager of LAIG and works directly with the LAI Games Sales Team. The SA performs a number of duties focused on customer satisfaction and the management of sales documents and product availability. This position works primarily in an office setting during regular business hours; however, overtime may be required at times as well as some travel for trade shows and events.

Assist in the coordination of the logistics relating to our product lines.
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of Trade Shows and events.
Support background CRM sales activities
Understand and document the Sales and Accounting process.
Keep informed on current games and product to provide accurate information to Sales team and customers.
Prepare and maintain Sales reports to assist LAI Games Sales Team.
Aid in the maintenance and creation of promotional assets such as Power Point presentations, Event agendas, and product promotions.
Prepare and maintain process documentation for activities within the sales cycle and other sales-related processes.
Produce documents written in the English language with clearly-organized thoughts using proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
Document and share all meeting notes and required actions.
Work consistently to contribute to the overall success of the Sales Team.
Work safely without presenting a direct threat to self or others.
Other duties as directed.
Required Skills & Experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Good working knowledge of Windows 10.
Communicate effectively, in the English language, with individuals in a face-to-face, one-on-one or group setting, or by telephone.
Demonstrated attention to detail.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Bi- lingual English / Spanish speaking required
Well-organized and able to work with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Education
Experience in an Administrative Assistant role or similar position.
Proven record of accomplishment in related field(s).
Advanced communication skills
Experience with Netsuite by Oracle preferred
