Our client needs a ‘rockstar’ to join the ‘band’ as a VIP Guru.
In this role, the candidate will be responsible to create and execute a VIP management strategy and build a long term relationships with top tier customers for their brands.
What the role entails:
It is crucially important for our client to continue building and maintaining world-class quality and how they portray and communicate to their customers. They need a ‘cut above the rest’ VIP Guru, to wear the leadership mantel. They are looking for someone with a creative style to effectively create a VIP strategy for their top notch customers.
The candidate will monitor individual customers' as well as the whole segment's performance and act to maximize the results through contacts and own efforts. Consideration, respect and trust is a very important aspect in this role.
He/She will also work closely with business partners to acquire new VIP players, co-ordinate conversions, work on retentions and also reactivation campaigns. In addition, the candidate will be a role model in building strong relationships with customers and ensure that best service to the client’s VIP players is provided. In connection with this, the candidate will interpret and address player’s behaviours interests and dislikes and present suggestions to these. Finally, the candidate will also plan and host events to entertain our client’s players.
The candidate should:
Have one year + experience within a VIP Account Manager or VIP Affiliate role
Have knowledge on online casino products within the online Gaming Industry
Excellent customer relationship management
Understand organizational systems (this includes the capacity to detect crucial social networks and understand changing dynamics and power relationships)
Excellent level of English language.
Salary is open, depending on the candidate’s experience. The client also offers a fantastic benefit package.
