Entain is reportedly seeking input from bankers Oakvale Capital into a potential sale of its PartyPoker business.

Entain

Sky News reports that PartyPoker could sell for £150m, as per estimations from industry sources it contacted.

PartyPoker is non-core to Entain, whose recent acquisitions include Polish operator STS in a £750m deal signed last summer.

Entain’s recent results release showed a considerable loss, fuelled by its DPS settlement with the Crown Prosecution Service over its legacy Turkish business.

Elsewhere, the group has revealed the appointment of former Wynn Resorts president and director Ronald J. Kramer as a non-executive director.

Entain chairman Barry Gibson said Kramer will “add significant value to the board and complement our existing board dynamics, as we continue to deliver our strategy of growth and focus on shareholder value."

Kramer is currently the chairman and CEO of Griffon Corporation, a management and holding company with New York headquarters.

Having been high up at Wynn for six years between 2002 and 2008, he also now serves on the board of Douglas Elliman, a residential brokerage company.
