Spanish bingo machine developer Global Zitro was exhibiting a few of its games for the Italian market on the stand of its distributor, Gamenet, at last week's ENADA Rome.
“We are new entrants to this very tough and competitive market,” said president Johnny Ortiz. “Only a few companies in the world can apply for approval. We have shown in Mexico that we can compete with the big five and we intend to do that here also.”
Ortiz believes his company’s games are ideal for the market. They are not reel games – they are based on the game of bingo – and they are fun and easy to play. “With some games, players don’t even know why they have won,” he added. “That does not happen with our games.”
