Gaming machine manufacturer Wells-Gardner enjoyed significant gains during the first quarter of 2013.

Revenue has increased by 46 per cent, the company reported, generating a net income increase of 172 per cent.
A 55 per cent increase in net sales was attributed to video game terminal sales in Illinois. Wells-Gardner plans on maximising sales in this market, in Illinois and beyond, chairman and CEO Anthony Spier said.
“As other states consider initiating VGT programs in the coming years, we expect to participate in several of these opportunities. We are off to a good start in 2013."
