United Parks, the amusement and water park specialist company, has completed the sale of Daytona Lagoon to BWL Acquisition.
This news follows the lease approval by the Volusia County Council on December 14, a condition to closing.
Nicholas J Singer, founder and executive chairman at United Parks, said: “Over the last six years, we’ve created an innovative and best-in-class seasonal water park experience for the whole family across Daytona and near-by communities.
