The latest Gamestate Arena in the Dutch chain of amusement centres has opened in Amsterdam.
The location, the sixth in the series, is powered by an Embed cashless system.
The venue is the largest arcade hall in the Netherlands and covers 1,250 sq.m. It includes virtual reality among the guest experiences on offer.
The Embed system uses 180 smartTOUCH card readers for its integrated solution, meaning that players will not have to stand in line to check the balance or reload cards. They can add on Embed’s self-service Kiosk, permitting them to register their cards with their personal details. Gamestate can customise package deals, upsell features and reload game cards based on the data collected and make more informed decisions that can result in increased revenue.
