Fun mini-golf courses from the 1950s and 1960s have been reintroduced with a new approach from supplier Adventure Golf and Sports.

The installer has just completed AmericanPie Mini Golf, at Traverse City, Michigan, which AGS president Scott Lundmark described as a "throwback" to the style of courses popular in the mid-1900s.

“That’s why we named it AmericanPie,” he said. “It is a unique nine-hole course with lots of tricks; is fun to play and super colourful with its geometric edges and portable obstacles.”

Modern techniques, however, ensure that the venue is easy to set up, has a flexible layout and fast dismantling for moving and storing.
