CenterEdge Software brand engagement director Sherry Howell will be speaking at the upcoming Amusement Expo International 2020 in New Orleans, Louisiana, US.

Howell will be delivering a session entitled The New Rules of Engagement, on March 9, discussing the importance of rewards and membership programmes and how they drive guest loyalty. “In today’s consumer economy, engagement is everything and every entertainment facility is vying for the limited attention of consumers,” said Howell. “Many businesses turn to rewards and membership programmes to keep their customers coming back but then encounter problems with the design and implementation of them.

“I’m looking forward to speaking at Amusement Expo and offering insight into how businesses can overcome typical problems and implement programmes to their fullest potential.” This year, the Amusement Expo International is sharing space with the Laser Tag Convention, where Howell will also be speaking. CenterEdge Software will be exhibiting its range of point of sale, online sales and reservations and ticketing systems for entertainment and recreation facilities at the trade show from March 9-11.
