An initial response to the opening day of the EAG show in London came from James Anderson of BANDAI NAMCO Amusement Europe.

The BNAE chief said: “It has started well; a good opening and our booth has been busy.

“Visitors are looking carefully at the new products from Raw Thrills, Adrenaline and, of course, the innovations from our own company. We have all of our divisions here, machine sales, the service division who operate the bowling centres, the prizes division and after sales service people.”

Anderson felt that the market in Europe seemed buoyant and hinted that the company had some significant upcoming announcements to make towards Eastern Europe.

“There remains some countries in which the trade is tough, but generally Europe is a sound market right now.”
