IAAPA Expo continues to improve.
THE thought of around nine miles of aisles leaves many of the older fraternity in the wider amusement industry with serious doubts about the foot-slogging necessary to see it all. But then, IAAPA has grown to the extent that most don’t even try to get around everything.
The show is now one of the biggest events held annually at the Orange County Convention Center on International Drive, Orlando, Florida, and the local businesses rub their hands with anticipation of the millions of dollars spent in the resort area by the estimated 25,000-30,000 visiting tradesters, whether they are suppliers, operators or merely observers.
