The Canadian-based company, already familiar in amusement parks, FECs and sports events, has partnered with fellow Canadian business UEAT, an artificial intelligence-powered system for restaurants, ghost kitchens and hotels in the deal.

Now Connect&Go will implement UEAT’s solution in a major water park and dozens of amusement parks across Canada and the US, using Connect&Go’s Konnect virtual wallet to offer visitors the ability to order food from their mobile phones.

Marc-André Dubé, technical director at Connect&Go, said: “When over 10,000 visitors get hungry at the same time you have to be highly efficient on logistics. With Konnect Mobile Ordering, our clients benefit from the most advanced technology to avoid logistical issues and improve their guests’ experience.”

Now users can have a wide choice of meals at their fingertips, enjoy group multiple F&B selections from different businesses into one order; pre-order meals and drinks to skip queues; have orders delivered by runners and pre-pay using EUEAT’s online ordering platform.
