Events are a reliable way to boost a site’s revenue and there are few more effective events than the tournament.

This is nothing new in the arcade industry. In fact, a famous documentary was released in 2007 called The King of Kong, exploring the lengths to which people will go in order to attain the world’s highest score on a game. It focuses in on the rivalry between Steve Wiebe and Billy Mitchell for the highest score in Donkey Kong.
