Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment in the US has signed an agreement to install the VizExplorer player development solution at its major Uncasville, Connecticut, location.
The hostVizOps solution, developed by VizExplorer will enable the casino to improve its VIP service in the competitive north-eastern US market.
“The casino marketing and host team will benefit from a better understanding of real-time data and insights to execute successful strategies for its hosts and customers,” said VizExplorer in a release.
HostVizOps provides a robust CRM tool with mobile access to player data, real-time notifications about player activity on-site and automated task management to streamline communication with and development of valuable players.
