The first of 28 casinos in Alberta, Canada, to install the Scientific Games system solution, has gone live.
SG has signed an agreement with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission to install its casino management system in all of the independently-operated casinos in the province.
The AGLC is the commercial enterprise that oversees the gaming business in Alberta, licensing the 28 independent casinos with over 14,000 slots and 6,000 VLT machines.
Initially, SG will install the SDS slot accounting and player tracking system and the new iView 4 and IView DM on-device messaging and player interface technology.
