Major US operator Eldorado Resorts has completed its divesting of the Isle of Capri Casino Kansas City and Lady Luck Casino in Vicksburg, to Twin Rivers Worldwide Holdings in a $240m deal.
Eldorado operates 21 properties in 11 states, 22,400 slots and 640 table games in total.
The sale of two of them, said CEO Tom Reeg, was "consistent with our continued focus on reducing debt ahead of the expected closing of the Caesars transaction.”
This refers to the merging of Eldorado Resorts with Caesars Entertainment.
