Czech server-based gaming expert E-Gaming reported at ICE that it is doing exceptionally well with its terminals in Spain, where over 4,000 units have been installed.

The company’s Urbain Thewissen (pictured) told InterGaming that the company had expanded into AWP machines for the Spanish market and also further into software for online casinos.

“We had an exceptionally busy London show,” said Thewissen, "not just from online casino companies but also from AWP operators keen to see our launch into the Andalusian market. We are expecting full certification soon for that game and for the same game in other Spanish jurisdictions.”

The four-year-old company has made great strides since its formation, taking it into many jurisdictions. Among them is Latin America and at the show Thewissen reported contacts from Mexico, Panama and Colombia where significant quantities of SBG terminals are now operating. Two new jurisdictions are expected to give approval to E-Gaming’s SBG system in Asia shortly.

“We had five new games on show,” said Thewissen, “all of them already on test and with promising initial results.” There were good responses, he said, from the distributors and local partners who met with the company in London, for the new games. “Additionally, many Belgian operators visited the stand because we have some game packs specially designed for their market with very popular titles in Class 2 venues.”

The company’s game content will shortly be released on three online casino websites in Belgium. There are already 80 game titles available and the number is constantly rising.

“We are seeking to increase our manufacturing capacity to fulfill the demand from several markets. We have two assembly plants in the Czech Republic and one in Mexico right now but we still cannot keep pace.”
