Ocean Resort in Atlantic City, US, the former Revel, could be headed back to the market.
In a suit over his removal from Ocean, former HQ2 nightclub manager Joe Morrissey claimed majority owner Bruce Deifik is trying to sell the casino and wants to cut out anyone with ownership interests that could thwart the sale.
Deifik bought the property for $200m and reopened it in June last year, the same day the Hard Rock Atlantic City opened. Ocean has ranked last in Atlantic City gaming revenue in four out of the first five months since its opening.
