Innovative Technology, the cash handling specialist, has a fine record of long service among its employees and the latest to reach a milestone is Thorsten Labusch, based at the company’s German office.
He has this week marked 20 years with the company, working his way up to vice-president of sales and business development, mainly on the retail and kiosk sides of the business.
He joined the German branch that was formerly Automated Transactions in 2001, with the role of technical support and repairs. He has moved up the ranks, handling various leading roles in the gaming, amusement and vending sectors.
Labusch took over his current role in 2016 and his work in that capacity was praised by Marcus Tiedt, sales and marketing director, who is also based at the offices just outside Hamburg.
He said: “Thorsten and I have worked together for 20 years now and together we have seen the business grow. Appointing him was one of the best decisions I ever made and he is now key to our success.”
