The Stratosphere Hotel, Casino and Tower in Las Vegas, Arizona Charlie’s Decatur, Arizona Charlie’s Boulder and Aquarius Casino Resort in Laughlin were all recently acquired by Golden Entertainment.

In the coming months they will connect with existing Synkros sites in Pahrump and Maryland for a portfolio-wide solution. Guests will have the chance to enjoy rewards across all eight casino resorts on the same loyalty card.

“We selected Konami as our partner for core gaming systems across the four newly-acquired casinos for many reasons, first and foremost being Synkros’ extremely high reliability,” said Steve Arcana, executive vice president and chief operating officer at Golden Entertainment.

“A reliable system is imperative to build upon our reputation and enable us to deliver improved player services as we move forward with this large-scale technology replacement. Another key factor was Synkros’ ability to link systems across all our casinos, which allows us to deploy one cohesive brand with a single player card and seamless bonusing capabilities.”

“As Golden Entertainment achieves record success and expansion, we’ve had the incredible opportunity to demonstrate Synkros’ ability to grow with their business,” said Tom Jingoli (pictured), executive vice president and chief commercial officer at Konami.
