Las Vegas is back to normal, reports Associated Press. The gambling mecca is back to near-normal in the past two weeks, as crowds flocked to the city.

Vegas’ hotels were packed and the crowds were helped by the relaxing of capacity rates in casinos in March from 35 per cent to 50 per cent from March 15 and hotels up to 80 per cent capacity at the weekend.

Social distancing in the city was reduced from six feet to three feet, although masks are still necessary. Observers said that the first fresh arrivals were older people, over 60, who had received their vaccination and who had both time and disposable income.
