Kennywood sale final
The deal to sell the US-based Kennywood Entertainment properties to Spanish company Parques Reunidos was finalised on June 6.
Family-owned Kennywood had previously agreed to sell the 100-year-old park and four sister properties in December, though the sale has had to be approved by the company’s 76 owners as well as federal regulators.
