Conneaut remains shut
The debt-ridden Conneaut Lake park in Pennsylvania, US, home of the classic Blue Streak roller coaster, will remain closed for a second straight season.
The 116-year-old park traditionally opens on Memorial Day weekend (the last Monday in May), but with debts of over US$2.7m, the park has been forced to stay shut.
Boat docks and the Camperland recreational area are, however, open as usual.
