In partnership with IT solutions and software engineering services provider Hermes SoftLab, Inspired Gaming Group has expanded its open server-based gaming platform with the creation of a new virtual sports book product.

According to the two companies, online sports book products are becoming increasingly popular within the market and have a great deal of potential. Developed by Hermes, the new sports book boasts a multiplayer, multi-event and multisport engine, as well as complete central management and event scheduling functionality.

Video animation rendering/streaming engines developed by Inspired offer players streaming video as part of the platform’s betting interface. This, the company said, allows for greater ease of use and appeal.
