Sportingbet to increase marketing spend

Sportingbet, the online sportsbook and casino, is understood to have awarded its £10m European media planning contract to MediaCom, as the UK company plans to increase its UK marketing budget.

According to Marketing magazine, the specialist trade publication owned by Brand Republic, the brief will focus upon online planning and buying, which accounts for 85 per cent of Sportingbet’s media budget.
