X2 Computing, a supplier of mobile gaming solutions, has appointed Chris Campbell as gaming account director.

Based at the company’s headquarters in the UK, he will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers in the global gaming marketplace. X2 Computing specialises in the provision of custom gaming solutions using the latest tablet computers and has won significant contracts including one for the supply of more than 6,700 hand-held bingo terminals to Gala Bingo.

Campbell has over 18 years’ experience in the gaming and leisure industry, including nine years with Inspired Gaming Group, where he was responsible for a number of key areas including product management, account management and commercial operations.

According to Francis Davis, sales director of X2 Computing, Campbell will play a major role in helping to expand the company’s gaming customer base around the world. "His knowledge of all operational functions of the business including service and support, manufacturing and logistics will be critical factors in the delivery of the highest level of pre and post sales support," he said.
