Bowling World heads to IMA 2010
Bowling World will once again return to the IMA exhibition at the Dusseldorf exhibition centre from January 19 to 22 next year, following its success with visitors earlier this year.
IMA event director Petra Lassahn told InterGame: "Bowling World has proven itself as a growth field. Nearly all of the exhibitors at the inaugural event have already confirmed they will also be participating in 2010 and there will also be many new exhibitors. The IMA is also interesting for the bowling industry when it comes to using synergies."
The trade show is also a platform for many companies that are very important and relevant for bowling centre owners and operators. For example, the manufacturers of sports games such as table football, pool, darts and air hockey, manufacturers of entertainment devices and service providers for lighting equipment, fittings and accessories.
IMA provides a central stage to meet and establish contacts with new investors from the amusement and vending machine industry, making it the ideal platform for manufacturers of bowling alleys and service providers in the bowling industry as well as companies in the pro shop and food and beverage sectors.
Organisers are expecting at least 200 exhibitors and over 8,000 visitors in January and say there will be a wide range of products on display ranging from amusement machines to electronic entertainment and sports games, as well as money management systems and equipment concepts for modern arcades and gambling halls.
Bowling World is organised in cooperation with Bowling Business magazine and will be held in Hall8a.
