EveryMatrix’s new GamMatrix CRM Agent System aims to help operators attract more deposits, get more active and engaged players, generate less churn and increase ROI for marketing campaigns.

Unveiled at ICE earlier this month, the CRM Agent System allows the GamMatrix platform to integrate with any third-party CRM system that supports APIs for receiving data to improve the customer experience.

The system sends real-time detailed player data triggered by certain events, offering operators insights into player behaviour and gaming habits.
