Lorna Coniglio-Burrows (pictured), head of gaming development, and department administrator Kate Reynolds will travel to Germany for the event, which takes place at Arena Berlin on October 21-23.

Coniglio-Burrows and Reynolds will be present at the Isle of Man government stand, number 737, joining colleagues from the island in meeting conference delegates and explaining the jurisdiction’s offering to established and start-up gaming businesses.

SMP group director David Hudson said: “It is important that the Isle of Man, as a jurisdiction, and SMP Partners as a leading name in the industry, are present at major conferences and exhibitions like EiG.

“They are an opportunity to discuss what the Isle of Man has to offer, as well as a chance to discuss emerging issues and developments which may have a bearing on the Island or the industry.”

“With the detailed knowledge of [new UK] legislation SMP Partners has developed and particularly the interplay between the UK and other licensing jurisdictions, Lorna and Kate will be well-placed to properly explain what it means for the industry and for the Isle of Man.”
