Connective Games and Balkan Texas are to build an eastern Europe-focused online poker network together.
The companies plan an intense two-month set-up period during which the aim is to create and build a specialist team to manage the day-to-day running of the network.
In a joint statement Dean Todorovic and Konstantin Zubarev, CEOs of Balkan Texas and Connective Games, said: “We realised from the very beginning that our companies shared the same values and that together we could build a strong collaboration based on trust, flexibility and complete transparency.
“Our main priority will be to establish a poker network that offers an enjoyable and engaging player experience, while building a strong and loyal poker playing community.”
