Brunswick Bowling will debut Version 5 of its Vector Plus centre network system at the 2011 International Bowl Expo which opens on Wednesday, for three days next week in Texas, US.

The update includes significant enhancements to help bowling centre proprietors improve cash management, simplify in-centre marketing and further enhance the entertainment value of the bowling experience.

Available as an upgrade for users of previous versions of Vector Plus, it also includes a completely redesigned bowler’s on-screen interface. The new design aesthetic, combined with uChoose Theme Selection and Media Manager, enhances the entertainment value and marketing capabilities of the scoring system, which includes new scoring features and tools.

“We have paid close attention to our customers’ wish-lists and entertainment trends and have made the industry’s best centre management and scoring system even better,” said Brunswick Bowling products president Brent Perrier. “The centres that have tested Vector Plus 5 are very pleased - both for its improved dollars-and-cents functionality and its increased wow factor. We’re confident the latest version of Vector Plus is going to be a big hit with our customers.”

Through uChoose Media Manager, owners of sites can easily create adverts and customise almost any aspect of the scoring system using standard file formats. The system requires no specialised computer-graphics proficiency, yet it enables centres to create highly professional-looking promotions for their own products, as well as adverts they can sell to outside businesses.
