Low interest in Prague
The World of Entertainment show, held in Prague, Czech Republic, in April has been described as "a small provincial show with few visitors either local or international," by Azkoyen's John McManus.
With no new products on show and the same mix as last year - mainly made up of VLT machines - many exhibitors blamed the wait on new legislation for the poor business levels, with only Synot appearing to be doing well at the moment - hosting a separate open day once again in a nearby hotel.
Although disappointed with the show, McManus did tell InterGame: "It proved a great opportunity for Azkoyen and Eurocoin to refocus our activities in Czech and Slovakian markets."
CIT, Eurocoin’s partner, has also made Radim Stiker responsible for sales in gaming and automation with specific responsibility for promotion of Azkoyen products.
