Cirsa aiming high in South America

The company, which has widespread machine operations in Spain, plus casinos and bingo halls, also has business in Italy and South America.

The company forecasts that it will see more organic growth in Latin America. It was planned to invest €50m-plus in that region in the next year. In Mexico there was a strong upsurge in the number of players especially as table games were introduction to the group’s casinos there in the past year. Another casino would be bought early in 2017 with “two or three more” during the rest of the year.

In Brazil the company was seeking locations for the new opening market there and planned to invest €80-€90m over the course of the next three years.

In the domestic market the company continued to seek acquisitions. In the past year it had taken over 600 new machines into its operation.
