Slot design specialist Lightning Box Games is to supply its content to William Hill’s licensed betting offices in the UK.
Initially, the deal gives the operator exclusive access to the Australian studio’s Silver Lion Deluxe and Panda Power Deluxe titles.
The rollout across Hill’s 2,300-strong retail estate - over 9,000 gaming machines in the UK - begins in the second quarter of 2017, with more games to follow.
Peter Causley, Lightning Box managing director and co-founder, called the deal “an important breakthrough in the UK market.”
He said: “Our games have been very popular with players and casino owners across multiple channels in Europe and North America, and I’m confident they will be well received by British audiences too.”
Andrew Sackey of William Hill, head of product and content, added: “Lightning Box Games’ portfolio comes with a great pedigree and reputation, and I’m very pleased to be able to offer it to our customers as part of our great slots range.”
