A deal between Tricorp Amusements, the Dallas, US-based operator and Embed has seen 50 locations equipped with new debit card systems.

Tricorp’s operation is spread across 25 US states and now its locations are carrying the emONE kiosk system for unattended games rooms, after a trial in smaller Tricorp locations. Joe Ingui, president of Tricorp, said that the company had introduced the system into a wide range of locations, including movie theatres, FECs, bowling centres, indoor mini-golf, trampoline parks and large family restaurants.

Ted Parsons, general manager of Embed for North and South America, said that Tricorp had recognised the value of card systems in non-traditional venues and that its implementation of the Embed system was returning improved revenues.

Tricorp has its headquarters in New Jersey and regional offices in Norwood, Massachusetts, Kennesaw, Georgia, Fredericksburg, Virginia, and Coconut Creek in Florida.
