An important new launch is planned for the opening day of the DEAL show in Dubai on the 19th of this month when Belgian cranes and pushers specialist Elaut will release - for the first time anywhere - its new Diamonds and Pearls six-player, non-coin based redemption game.

Diamonds and Pearls

The game, which will feature as a main attraction to the ASI stand – the company’s distributor in the region – has been undergoing extensive testing at MAF Leisure’s Magic Planet in its Mall of the Emirates shopping centre in Dubai.

Said ASI’s Prakash Vivekanand: “The new game is exceeding our expectations in terms of the revenue, game play, player engagement, number of repeat plays and, more importantly, its arcade presence. It is a spectacular-looking game that attracts players of all ages. In its testing we have seen more parents and older players than we would have expected.

“This is excellent news for us and for FECs in the Middle East. We have used operator and player feedback to tweak some of the play settings and by the time the show opens we will have the perfect non-coin-based redemption pusher for the Middle East market.”

ASI has worked extensively with Elaut on the product and has perfected it just in time for its global launch in Dubai.

“Elaut developed this game especially for countries where there were legal issues with coin pushers,” said Eric Verstraeten, managing director. “Diamonds and Pearls is 100 per cent ticket payout. It works with marbles and is very attractive with all the light features.”
