Following the installation of the Sacoa Playcard system at the first Santikos Theatre, the Palladium AVX in Richmond in the US state of Texas, in May 2015, the system has been deployed at other five Santikos locations in the Lone Star State during the fourth quarter of 2015.
Two more locations were completed during January with another scheduled for late March, bringing the total to eight.
Each venue is equipped with Sacoa’s All-in-One ColorShot HDT readers, with 3.5ins touchscreen display and Dual Head Magnetic Stripe reader, as well as Sacoa’s unattended kiosks for the sale and recharge of Playcards.
“We are so proud that Santikos has decided to use our PlayCard throughout their locations,” said Sacoa’s Brian Duke. “I was very impressed with their whole operation, everything is on such a grand scale and some of the locations are more like a full FEC with even bowling, restaurants and specialty treats.”
Sacoa completed more than 100 installations of its revenue management systems during 2015, bringing the total number of installations to 1,400 since the company’s 1993 international launch.
