Aardman Animations, creator of the popular Shaun the Sheep character, celebrates its 40th anniversary this year and Bandai Namco Prize Division is marking the occasion with the introduction of a special All Star line-up of Shaun characters, featuring the favourites of previous ranges.

The year got off to a great start for Aardman, as The Farmer’s Llamas – which aired on BBC1 on December 26 – notched up audience figures of 4.8 million.

“The Shaun the Sheep licence has always been hugely popular and our previous movie mix sold out last year,” said Bandai Namco Prize Division EMEA sales manager Darrell Simmonds. “In 2015, Shaun starred in his first feature film, which was a massive box office hit, as well as being the mascot for the Rugby World Cup. The viewing figures for the TV special show that Shaun’s popularity shows no sign of waning in 2016, so we have high expectations of the All Star collection.”

The All Star Shaun collection from Bandai Namco Prize Division will be available for Easter 2016.
