In February, Sacoa deployed its Playcard system in one of the biggest of the parks operated by Sould Park across Spain, in the Fuengirola marina in Costa del Sol, Malaga.

Spreading across an area of 32,000sq.ft, the location is the 10th Sould Park location to install Sacoa’s HDT ColorShot readers for the operation of its numerous attractions, which include a safari train, water boats, trampolines, a shooting and sports machines hall, a Ferris wheel and a flying carousel.

Sould Park, which operates 22 locations, began the transition from token operation to rechargeable cards last year, choosing Sacoa as its exclusive debit card system supplier.

Pol Mochkovsky, director of Sacoa, said: “We are very happy to be part of Miguel Angel's expansion projects, helping with our electronic solution for his successful parks. He is doing the correct thing using our marketing tools.”

Miguel Angel Notario, owner of Sould Park, added that the implementation of the Sacoa system has helped to improve earnings. More parks in Spain, he said, will soon be using the card system.
